Fresh White Spanish Wine.

Marques De Alella Parxet 2005 I was luck enough to try this lovely fresh white wine last night .
The wine is made from Pansa Blanca grapes often used in the production of Spanish Cava, very enjoyable. In the UK it is available for £5.50 a bottle from The Wine Society.

Description. Appearance - Clear, pale, lemon in colour. Nose - Very clean, light, young, lime with floral undertones. Palate - Dry, medium to high acid, low tannin, low alchohol, light body, medium to long finnish.

Conclusion. Very well priced outstanding summer wine, ready to drink, either as an aperitife or with fish.
