There's much more to Malta than meets the eye -

This was the opening line that came from "The Holiday Programme" this evening with flamboyant presenter Laurence Llewelyn-Bowen, prime time. This TV programme is the most watched of it's type in the UK so should be great promotion for the islands, Gozo gets a mention as well. I thought that it was a well put together piece and fingers crossed it will get people ardently booking for next year. It very much concentrated on the history and the very close relationship that the Brits have with the Maltese.
